Ink of Hearts Deposit Policy

Deposits go towards your appointment cost and are non-refundable in the case of a cancellation.

During the case of a "no show" and an appointment moved, 2 working days prior to the appointment you will lose all of your deposit. Staff have been called in, prep work and research undergone and equipment ordered. The deposit will cover these costs and time lost.

In regards to more than 3 working days’ notice given, a full deposit will be allocated in the form of a re-booking of your appointment.

(2 Strike Policy)

If for any reason your appointed artist is no longer suddenly available, then we can offer a credit note for the deposit to be used at a later date. Or alternatively, an appointment will be made with another available artist at the studio.

Once more we stress that our deposits are there to ensure we eradicate hasty, spur of the moment bookings and time wasters. Please do your research into tattoo prices and studios prior to walking through the doors of ours.

Deposits will not be returned to anyone who fails to provide an ID on their appointment day.

Los depósitos se descuentan del coste total de su cita y no son reembolsables en caso de cancelación.

En caso de no presentarse ("no show") o de reprogramar la cita con menos de 2 días laborables de antelación, perderá la totalidad del depósito. Para ese momento, el personal ya ha sido convocado, se ha realizado trabajo de preparación y se ha pedido el material. El depósito cubre estos costes y el tiempo perdido.

Si se avisa con más de 3 días laborables de antelación, el depósito íntegro se mantendrá y se asignará a la reprogramación de su cita.

Si por cualquier motivo su artista asignado deja de estar disponible repentinamente, podemos ofrecerle un crédito por el valor del depósito para ser utilizado en una fecha posterior. O alternativamente, se concertará una cita con otro artista disponible en el estudio.

Una vez más, recalcamos que nuestros depósitos existen para evitar reservas impulsivas y pérdidas de tiempo. Por favor, infórmese bien sobre los precios y nuestro estudio antes de reservar.

No se devolverá ningún depósito a quien no presente un documento de identidad el día de su cita.

Day Session Information

Day sessions run from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. There will be a 30–40 minute break after approximately 2–3 hours of tattooing, along with short breaks in between if needed.

The price for a full day session is £600.

If your tattoo is not completed by 7:00 PM, you will have the option to extend your session for an additional £100, bringing the total for the day to £700.
Please note: if you choose not to complete your tattoo on the day and prefer to finish it during another session, the remaining work will be charged at an hourly rate of £100 per hour until the tattoo is completed.

2-Day Back-to-Back Sessions

If your artist recommends that your tattoo will require two full days to complete, you can opt for a 2-day back-to-back session package for a total of £1000. Both days will follow the same schedule and structure as a standard full day session.

Si el artista recomienda que su tatuaje requerirá dos días completos, puede optar por un paquete de 2 días seguidos por un total de £1000. Ambos días seguirán el mismo horario y estructura que una sesión estándar.

Please provide as many image references and detailed notes as possible. This will help your tattoo artist fully understand your vision and create the best possible design for you.

Your artist will aim to show you the design either the day before or on the day of your appointment. If, for any reason, this is not possible, the design will be finalised together with you during your appointment.

In some cases, your artist may ask you to arrive earlier than your scheduled appointment time to review, adjust, and complete the design before starting the tattoo.

Proper aftercare is essential to ensure your tattoo heals well and maintains its quality.

• Immediately After: Keep the cling film applied by your artist on until you get home. Once home, remove it and gently wash your tattoo using lukewarm water and a soap suitable for sensitive skin (e.g. Dove Sensitive or Simple Facial Wash). Gently clean away any excess ink, blood, or plasma. Do not scrub.
• Drying: Pat the area dry using clean kitchen paper (avoid towels), or allow it to air dry naturally.
• First Night: Apply fresh cling film before going to sleep on the first night only to protect the tattoo.
• Day 2: Remove the covering in the morning. Wash your tattoo 2–3 times throughout the day using the same gentle soap. Do not apply any ointment yet—allow the skin to begin its natural healing process.
• Day 3 Onwards: Begin applying a light layer of ointment 2–3 times per day. Avoid over-applying—your tattoo should be lightly moisturised, not greasy.
• Itching & Dryness: As your tattoo heals, it may become dry or itchy. This is normal. You can use a soothing product like Seven Minerals Organic Aloe Vera Gel to help calm irritation. Do not scratch or pick at the tattoo.
